Mr. Suhas alias Balasaheb Sarode (President)
A veteran Gandhian who is working on Mahatma Gandhi’s principles of peace and non-violence. He has imbibed in himself the humanitarian values of liberty, fraternity and equality along with those of faith and trust in man and compassion for all. He has been working in the educational field for more than 25 years and is striving to inculcate the same values among the students. He had worked with Jayprakash Narain during the emergency for democratic rights of the citizens and is now the member of the BhoodanYagnya Mandal of Vidharba region. He is the founder member of the Sahyog Trust.

He has been devotedly working on health issues to promote the science of Yoga and Naturopathy. He aptly believes in bringing his dream of a medicine-free society come true and is working towards realizing it.

He is presently the member of Sarva Seva Sangh that is based on the philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi and has been associated with various social movements for the past 35 years.

Adv. Rama Sarode (Secretary)
She has done her Master in Law and Masters in Sociology. She was associated with NCAS in the internship programmed and has worked in SEWA (Self Employed Women’s Association) for six months as part of the internship. She has also worked with Aalochana center for documentation and research for a very brief period. She is presently working with Indian Institute of Paralegal Studies – a project of Janavikas. Her interest is in developing material of law in simplified language. She is interested in working on women’s right specifically. She is a visionary, young, dynamic person who is consultant to all innovative programs that Sahyog is taking up.

Mr. Ravindra Bhusari (Joint Secretary)
He is a journalist by profession and is presently working at All India Radio in Nagpur. He is socially motivated and is actively working on various issues like environment in general and noise pollution specifically, child rights, and mental rehabilitation of prisoners in Nagpur prison through Gandhian thought exams. He believes in using the media as a tool for bring about social awareness and change.

Mr. Sudhir Sarode (Treasurer)
He is an agriculturist and has in depth knowledge of the problems faced by farmers. He has promoted the cause of eco-friendly and organic farming. He is also the founder member of Sahyog.

Mrs. Priya Ubale (Member)
She has completed her Bachelor in Education and is interested to work in educational field. She is associated with various social organizations.

Dr. Mangal Dukle (Member)
An expert in Ayurveda (a traditional Indian medical science), she is in the medical profession for more than 35 years. She had her own maternity home in Belgaum (Karnataka) for more than 25 years. This maternity home was started with the purpose of helping poor and needy patients from nearby rural areas.
She voluntarily provides free medical aid to the poor.

Mangala Sarode
She has been in the education field for more than 25 years. She is presently the Head Mistress of Mahavir Vidyalay, Yavatmal. This school was started in a slum area of Yavatmal city specifically for the children of families who could not otherwise afford to send their children to school. Most of the students in this school are from the socially and economically backward classes. Mangala is a visionary in introducing innovative ideas in education.
